Roma, 18 jun (EFE).- El banco italiano UniCredit colocó hoy una emisión de deuda sénior por valor de 1.250 millones de euros y con vencimiento en junio de 2025, informaron fuentes del mercado.<\/p>\n
Los títulos otorgan a los suscriptores un rendimiento de 155 puntos básicos por encima de la tasa \u00abmidswap\u00bb, precisaron las fuentes<\/p>\n
Los bonos están destinados a inversores institucionales y tienen las calificaciones Baa1 de la agencia Moody’s (aprobado alto) y BBB de S&P y Fitch (aprobado).<\/p>\n
