Madrid, 29 oct (.).- El Banco Sabadell (MC:) ha emitido este martes 500 millones de euros en deuda senior preferente a seis años, con lo que cubre el objetivo de emisión fijado para este año de estos instrumentos, que sirven para reforzar el colchón de capital anticíclico de las entidades.<\/p>\n
El precio de esta emisión se ha situado en el \u00abmidswap\u00bb -que funciona como referencia para estos instrumentos- mas 97 puntos básicos, han informado a EFE fuentes del mercado.<\/p>\n
La emisión, sujeta a la legislación española, cotizará en el mercado de Dublín y ha tenido una demanda tres veces superior a la oferta.<\/p>\n
