Madrid, 10 sep (.).- Bankia<\/span><\/span> (MC:) ha lanzado hoy una emisión de bonos contingentes convertibles en acciones de nueva emisión, conocidos en el argot financiero como \u00abcocos\u00bb, por un importe de 500 millones de euros, según los datos de mercado consultados por Efe.<\/p>\n

Según los mismos datos, la demanda por parte de los inversores supera ya en cuatro veces el importe a emitir, lo que supondría unos 2.000 millones de euros.<\/p>\n

Una vez que se complete la operación, será la segunda emisión de \u00abcocos\u00bb que lleva a cabo Bankia, ya que en julio de 2017, la entidad colocó 750 millones de euros en este tipo de deuda.<\/p>\n

La emisión lanzada hoy computará como capital Tier 1 Adicional y permitirá al banco seguir incrementando su colchón anticrisis, que se exige a las entidades europeas para que tengan capacidad de hacer frente a sus pérdidas en caso de ser declaradas inviables.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
