París, 4 oct (.).- La Asamblea Nacional francesa aprobó hoy un artículo que establece un mayor control de las inversiones extranjeras en sectores estratégicos galos para impedir que \u00abse saquee su tecnología y conocimiento\u00bb.<\/p>\n
\u00abA más inversores que atraigamos, mejor preparados tenemos que estar para proteger los sectores más sensibles y las tecnologías en las que hemos invertido importantes medios financieros y humanos. Francia no tiene vocación de ser saqueada de sus tecnologías y conocimiento\u00bb, dijo en un comunicado el ministro de Finanzas, Bruno Le Maire.<\/p>\n
Según el Ministerio de Finanzas, esta medida \u00abrefuerza y amplía el proceso de autorización obligatoria para los inversores extranjeros\u00bb y se inscribe en el marco de la llamada ley PACTE, que también incluye la privatización de dos empresas de capital mayoritariamente estatal: Aeropuertos de París (ADP) y el grupo de loterías FDJ.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
