Madrid, 3 dic (.).- La cadena hotelera NH (MC:) ha comunicado hoy una amortización anticipada voluntaria parcial, por importe de 40 millones de euros, de una emisión de bonos con vencimiento en 2023 y negociados en el mercado Euro MTF de la Bolsa de Luxemburgo.

Según ha comunicado hoy NH a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), la amortización corresponde al 10 % del importe total original, que era de 400 millones de euros.

La amortización se hará mediante la reducción lineal a prorrata del valor nominal de la totalidad de los bonos en circulación, con fecha 14 de diciembre de 2018 mediante el pago de aproximadamente el 103,76 % del valor nominal de los bonos objeto de amortización.
