Madrid, 18 sep (.).- Kutxabank ha emitido este miércoles deuda sénior no preferente por valor de 500 millones de euros con un plazo de amortización de cinco años, han informado fuentes del mercado.

El precio inicial de la emisión, con vencimiento el 25 de septiembre de 2024, es de 125 puntos básicos por encima del «midswap», el índice de referencia para este tipo de emisiones.

Los bancos colocadores de la operación son Natixis (PA:), Barclays (LON:), BBVA (MC:), Cacib y Banco Santander (MC:).
