Madrid, 8 ene (.).- Santander Consumer Finance está realizando una emisión de deuda senior preferente a cinco años con un interés ligado al «midswap» -media de precios de una permuta financiera sobre tipos de interés- más un diferencial de 75 u 80 puntos básicos y que pagará un cupón anual, según datos del mercado.

La deuda a emitir por una cuantía que dependerá de la demanda existente está dirigida a inversores institucionales, cotizará en los mercados irlandeses y se regirá por la ley inglesa excepto algunos títulos que lo harán bajo la legislación española.

Las entidades colocadoras de esta emisión, que se desembolsará el próximo 17 de enero, serán ING (AS:), JP Morgan (NYSE:), Banco Santander (MC:), Societe Generale (PA:) y WFS.
