Madrid, 29 ene (.).- Adif Alta Velocidad ha efectuado este miércoles una emisión de deuda «verde» senior sin asegurar a diez años por importe de 600 millones de euros, de acuerdo con datos del mercado.

Estos bonos se desembolsará el 12 de febrero, pagarán un cupón anual del 0,55 %, vencerán a finales de abril de 2030 y cotizarán en el mercado de renta fija español AIAF.

La emisión, que ha contado como entidades colocadoras con Barclays (LON:), BBVA (MC:), Credit Agricole (PA:) y HSBc, se ha distribuido entre inversores institucionales.
