Caracas, 2 ago (.).- La oficialista Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC) de Venezuela, no reconocida por numerosos gobiernos, aprobó hoy por unanimidad un decreto con el que se deroga sancionar el cambio de divisas, que hasta ahora otorga la exclusividad de las divisas al Estado.

Con el voto unánime de los constituyentes chavistas que asistieron a esta sesión en Caracas se aprobó el «proyecto de decreto constituyente derogatorio del régimen de ilícito cambiario», informó al final del debate el presidente de la ANC, Diosdado Cabello.
