Barcelona, 17 jun (.).- La farmacéutica Almirall ha anunciado este lunes la transformación de una emisión de bonos senior eventualmente convertibles no garantizados por importe de 250 millones en bonos convertibles o canjeables por acciones de la compañía.

La farmacéutica catalana, controlada por los hermanos Gallardo, ha informado a la CNMV de que la junta de accionistas del pasado 8 de mayo acordó transformar esta emisión al 0,25 % y con vencimiento en 2021 en bonos convertibles o canjeables en acciones.

Esta emisión de deuda se deriva de la compra de la división de dermatología médica de Allergan (NYSE:).
