Madrid, 3 oct (.).- La Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) ha publicado hoy las advertencias recibidas de las autoridades supervisoras del Reino Unido, Irlanda, Italia y Austria sobre doce entidades no autorizadas para prestar servicios de inversión.

En una nota remitida hoy, el organismo recoge el aviso de la autoridad reguladora británica, la FCA, sobre las compañías Josef-Zeman Financial Solutions (Clon); Interfinancial (Clon); Minsura (Clon) y Crypto Options Trader, así como sus respectivas páginas web.

La CNMV traslada también la alerta del regulador irlandés (CBI) sobre Bridge Road Capital Management, y del supervisor italiano (Consob) sobre Capital Tech Ltd, que opera a través de www.pbninvest.com, y Finbdo Ltd.

Y se ha hecho eco de la alerta sobre los «chiringuitos» financieros austríacos Box Finance; Arbitracoin; Gerber and Partners, así como de www.shinseiscurities.com y www.afbauer.com.

Además, la CNMV también ha advertido sobre sus respectivas páginas web, que no figuran inscritas en el correspondiente registro del supervisor.

Con el fin de mejorar la protección de los inversores y dada la creciente internacionalización de los mercados de valores, el supervisor español publica puntualmente estos anuncios en su página de internet, en el apartado «advertencias».
